“be the change” nominees

Brent Finnegan -- March 1st, 2007

JMU’s current PR campaign, “be the change,” has it’s own blog now (I know, who doesn’t these days). The purpose being that they want feedback and comments on the nominees for their “be the change” profiles. These are JMU grads that have done something deemed noteworthy by nominators. I recognized a few of the nominees. Some of them are still local (one of them posts here occasionally). Basically, the blog posts are the nominations people have sent in.

It would be great if the city of Harrisonburg had something like this. I would nominate Ron Copeland without hesitation.

I second the nomination of Ron Copeland! :) The work he’s done downtown is great; he’s just a humble, sincere guy. If you’ve ever heard him speak you know what I mean. JL
