PAC tour passes through Harrisonburg

As with the BABE Rally, I picked this one up on the feeds…

The PAC Tour (Pacific-Atlantic-Cycling Tour) passed through Harrisonburg yesterday evening. The PAC Tour is a 26-day bike ride from Everett, WA to Williamsburg. Many of the participants are keeping weblogs on their daily progress. Some have amusing observations about Appalachian culture, and about the difference between WV and the Valley:

Just a few miles into Virginia, an increase in socioeconomic status became obvious. It looks like the Harrisonburg area has lots of Civil War history.
