    Happy Birthday Finnegan!!

I hit 50 in a couple of weeks, and have had this quote close to mind recently:

One of the signs of passing youth is the birth of a sense of fellowship with other human beings as we take our place among them. – Virginia Woolf

By this standard, you are an eldery 20-something indeed. Have a wonderful weekend.

MR. Finnegan, Would you consider starting some type of football thread or sports thread? There are alot of redskin fans in the valley & football season is just starting. If you check out the other site, you’ll see that alot of people are responsive to it. Anything pertaining to sports would work. Thanks for considering this.

    PS– Happy belated B-day!

This site was set up to be focused on local news and info. There are a few local blogs with a sports focus (All Things Valley League and the yet-to-be-publicized Sports Hub).

There are also a lot of Redskins blogs and message boards that are easy to find. If you want to start one, or have one that you want me to add to the aggregator, email me the link and I’ll add it.

You have a large audience & I thought it go good here. Thanks for explaining.
PS- I’m new at this, I don’t know what an aggregator is.
