None Court Square

Brent Finnegan -- March 24th, 2008

Jokes aside, the DNR reports that One Court Square could possibly have occupants soon: county probation officers and magistrates. Presumably there aren’t enough of those downtown.

The city-owned building has been empty since 2004.

It seems to me that this would be a good use for the building since it is not likely that private investors will be interested in the building at its current price (barring Rosetta Stone’s interest in the building).
