I tried to vote for each of the days that would work for me, but I was only allowed to vote once. Most people could work more than one time into their schedule. If you could put one up that asked people which days they could NOT attend, and then allow them to check all that apply, it would be a safe bet that whichever date had the fewest votes would be the best time to schedule the shindig.
