JMU detours delayed by one week
posted by Evan DysonTraffic detours planned to begin today on S. Main Street have been delayed by one week, according to a statement released by James Madison University this morning.
Next Monday, southbound traffic on South Main Street will be diverted around the JMU campus onto Cantrell Avenue and then to High Street. Main Street traffic can return southbound on Maryland Avenue. Read this full article here.

FYI… The delay is the result of additional utility work being necessary this week before blasting and drilling can begin.
