If you “borrow” $91k for just a day or so, the interest fees would just be a few dollars. I don’t see how anything is wrong with this picture…

Guess not when her restitution was $20.00 in interest and $150.00 in bad check fees. Doesn’t sound to me like she misappropriated $91,000. What’s wrong with this picture?
