Al Jazeera broadcasting from Clementine

posted by Brent Finnegan

As reported here earlier this week, producers from Al Jazeera English have been looking for local undecided voters. Tonight, the international news channel will be broadcasting reactions to the presidential debate tonight, live from Clementine. The broadcast is part of their coverage of the U.S. presidential elections, focusing on swing states.

The previous three debate-watching parties in the basement of the restaurant have been packed (standing room only). Tonight’s broadcast upstairs is separate and unrelated to the party downstairs.

Here’s an interesting Al Jazeera clip from a few days ago in Ohio:

Great-day-in-the-morning, we’re internationally famous! Y’all act like somebody - don’t be talking down our Muslim brothers or any of the other stupid shit that pops up in the Daily News Record.

And a hearty welcome to our Qatari friends!

I’ve looked all over and can’t find anything. I’d expect the broadcast to be on Al Jazeera’s youtube page sometime soon.
