In case the opinions of unknown newspaper editors hold sway over your vote, The DNR, The News Virginian and The News & Advance have endorsed Bob Goodlatte for re-election to his position as 6th Congressional District Representative, while The News Leader and The Roanoke Times have backed challenger Sam Rasoul.

    Good article in The Daily Progress about college newspapers (including The Breeze) deciding not to endorse candidates. Perhaps other newspapers could learn something from those college newspaper editors. How about this for a radical new media idea: newspapers report the news like they’re supposed to, and let the readers decide for themselves who to vote for.
