Then they sent out an "Update regarding the incident that took place this morning in the 600 block of Norwood Street - The original report from ER doctors at UVA Medical Center reported the victim sustained a possible gunshot wound. HPD has just recently been updated by UVA Medical Center that all injuries sustained are stab wounds." The HPD sent out a release with “shooting” in the subject line.
