Virginia’s latest budget

JGFitzgerald -- September 8th, 2009

The budget revisions show a $9.8 million cut for JMU out of $74 million for the 2010 fiscal year, but that will be mitigated by money set aside in case of budget revisions (or reversions as they’re known when state agencies give money back) and by stimulus funds. The full report is here. The report shows a $46 million cut from the Virginia Community College System’s original $385 million, but no breakdown as to how much is from Blue Ridge.
