Last week Dave Mills was selected to be the new executive director of the Democratic Party of Virginia. In 2003, Lowell Fulk defeated Mills, an ‘02 JMU alum, in a bid for the 26th district Democratic nomination for House of Delegates.
Another Dave, also a JMU alum with ties to the Valley, is heading the state GOP. In December Dave Rexrode was selected as the executive director of the Republican Party of Virginia.
