It’s been two weeks since Janet Bonilla, a pregnant mother of three, was shot to death in the parking lot at the Harris Gardens apartment complex in Harrisonburg. Since then, the police have released several updates confirming that investigators are working on the case, but as of this week, no charges have been filed.
