Hburgnews Founder Wins Media Award

The Public Relations Council of the Shenandoah Valley announced today that Hburgnews Founder Brent Finnegan has been selected by the membership to receive the 2010 Outstanding Professional Achievement in Media Award for his work with hburgnews.com.  This award recognizes achievement in the gathering, reporting or editing of news.   Established in 1995, the PRC is committed to enhancing public relations expertise in the Valley and to increasing public understanding of the critical role the ethical practice of public relations performs in developing thriving communities, businesses, institutions and organizations. This year’s awards reception will be held on November 16th.  Congratulations Brent!
