Looking Ahead To The 90s

Brent Finnegan -- January 5th, 2011

Someone recently uploaded several old TV3 commercials and “JMU Midweek” segments from 1989 and 1990 to YouTube.

1989 Before-After

Some of JMUTimeMachine’s videos provide an interesting look back at Harrisonburg fashion and advertising circa 1990. This three-part “preview” of up-and-coming 90s hair and clothing styles is particularly dated.

There’s also an amusing Halloween montage of Glen’s Fair Price at 1:20 in this video, complete with Batman, The Joker, and E.T. masks.
