You’ve seen the Verizon ads mocking AT&T’s 3G coverage map. AT&T is working to change that image. Last week, AT&T announced a $19 billion investment plan for Virginia (story via WSVA). The telecom giant announced “the addition of nearly 70 cell sites and the upgrade of more than 200 additional cell sites to 3G.”
